Hotel Accommodations

It is strongly encouraged that reservations be made as early as possible as there is no guarantee that the room block will not fill up earlier than the cutoff date.

The Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare hotel is connected via enclosed sky bridge to the convention center. Rooms have been made available at the rate of $224 per night.

Donald E. Stephens Convention Center

Rotoplas will be held in halls B and D in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Hotels and the convention center are served by a free shuttle from O’Hare Airport. Next to the Convention Center is the Chicago “el” rapid transit system which will put you in the heart of downtown within 30 minutes.
